Southeast Community Resources Inc. (SECR) is a community development, training, and capacity building organization based out of the southeast United States.

Our staff, partners, and associates are leading the region in planning and strategizing together to secure (SECR) new opportunities to improve the outcomes of lower income communities in the Southeast and across the country.

Our holistic process is community asset based that provides capacity building and technical assistance services from homelessness-to-re-entry-to-economic development. Our comprehensive activities connect key industry players, special interest groups, non-profits, associations, and businesses in the southeast to easily establish long needed connections.

Grant Program Training & Technical Assistance


We offer capacity building training, workshops, conferences and one-on-one coaching session for clients and leaders.

We provide technical assistance and training (T&TA) services that offer an array of assistance—from email and phone call inquiries, to research and program guidelines, webinars, conference calls, to policy development, conferences, and on-site evaluations.

Partners & Associates

SECR relies on a network of organizations and professional associates to do our work. We have partners and associates all over the United States and have experience working both domestically and internationally in various fields. Our multi-dimensional team includes executive level clinicians, managers, executives, attorneys, professionals, veterans, women, educators, providers, trainers, curriculum developers, logisticians, researchers and writers, with over twenty years’ experience in their respective fields.
