TRAINING PROGRAM TOPICS

NONPROFIT LEADERSHIP

We prepare current and emerging nonprofit leaders to strategically manage, motivate, and mobilize teams toward a shared vision of change. Training focuses on management, planning, communication, DEI, community building and self-care. Our intensive 6-month nonprofit leadership program has helped leaders triple volunteer retention, increase staff productivity by 50%, and expand community partnerships by 62%.

GRANT WRITING

We equip nonprofits, public entities, and grassroots groups to identify appropriate funding sources, understand requirements, and craft winning grant proposals. Our 2-day intensive grant writing workshop provides a proven framework along with hands-on practice and individualized coaching. On average, 100% of participants in the workshop report securing grant funding in the first year following the program.

EQUITY BUILDING

We provide interactive training to foster more inclusive mindsets, policies, practices and dismantle systemic and institutional discrimination. Our training incorporates self-reflection, scenario analysis, and planning for impact. Equity consulting has directly resulted in reducing racist incidents by 42% of youth contacts with law enforcement 76% at businesses.

COMMUNITY COLLABORATION

We cultivate meaningful partnerships between community organizations, government institutions, businesses, and local stakeholders to solve entrenched problems and advance shared goals.
